We've introduced several updates to make immunization management easier and improve visibility into student vaccination compliance.

✨ Comprehensive Vaccine Library

A new vaccine library lets schools manage and track required vaccinations far more effectively — and it comes pre-loaded so there's almost nothing to set up.

Navigate to Settings -> Vaccine Library to update.

This provides a complete vaccination history for every student.

Record and manage vaccine exemptions directly within a student's record. You can exempt all vaccines at once or individual vaccines (via the three-dot menu → Exempt vaccine). Supported exemption types:

For each exemption you select the reason, add a note, and upload a supporting document. Once saved, the student's library clearly reflects the exempted status.

Monitor vaccination records and compliance across your school from a dedicated report - making it easy to see who is up to date, due, or overdue at a glance.

Send reminders to parents and staff — manually whenever you choose, or automatically. Automated reminders trigger 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before a vaccine is due, and again 1, 7, and 14 days after it becomes overdue, for:

You choose the recipients (parent, staff, or both), and each reminder is delivered as an in-app notification and an email. When several vaccines are selected, they're combined into a single email rather than one per vaccine - keeping inboxes clean.

Easily import and set up immunization records in bulk as part of the onboarding sheet - ideal for schools migrating from another tool or from a spreadsheet.
