Illumine allows you to communicate with parents directly through the in-app messaging feature. Send messages, attach images, keep parents informed about what their kid is up to at the school, and resolve any doubts or queries they may have.
Go to parent communication in the menu and then click on messages
Type in the name of the student whose parents you’d like to communicate with and click on their tab when it appears
Type your message and hit enter. You can also attach images to the chat. Just click on the camera icon on the bottom left of the chat, attach your image, and click on confirm send
As soon as you send the message, parents immediately get notified on the parent app. They can also access the message by going to the connect tab and then to messages. They can even download the images sent to them on chat by clicking on the image and then clicking on the download option.
