Our attendance system allows staff to check students in and out, move them to different rooms that the student is assigned to, or mark them absent.

Students and staff can be checked in manually/ by entering the kiosk code or by scanning the school's QR code.

There is a QR code scanner on the top right corner of our app, which the parent/staff can use for check-in/check-out.

Kiosk mode

Illumine’s kiosk mode lets you check in students/staff by entering their kiosk code (a unique ID) on the childcare app. This usually involves school owners deploying a phone or a tablet at the school, which can be used for checking in and checking out students and staff.

Teachers can record attendance for students and staff from the App also. Teachers need to have permission to record the attendance. They will be able to update check-in time, temperature, etc.
