In part #6, we covered the lead management module (leads, lead forms, emails) in fair depth.

In this final part #7, we will cover a very short module - virtual classes.

Let’s start.

From the left panel go to, VIRTUAL CLASSES → and from the top-right of the window, click ‘Configure Zoom’.

Next, login to your school’s zoom account, give permission to connect it with Illumine.

Once connected, you will receive a pop-up notification on Illumine confirming the same.

Once done, you can then schedule zoom meetings for different students/classrooms directly from the illumine app.

Whenever a virtual class is added, parents and teachers will receive the notification and can directly join the meeting from the illumine app itself (or alternatively from their own zoom account)!
