Our beloved ‘Leads’ module has a new name ‘Enquiries’

‘Leads’ module has been given a new and universally recognized label - ‘Enquiries’, to better align with its core purpose of helping admission teams manage and track admissions enquiries.

Capture your ‘Facebook’ enquiries on Illumine now! 🎉

We're excited to introduce a powerful integration between Facebook Ads and Illumine. This integration is live for all customers with access to our Enquiries module.

With this integration, Facebook Ads data seamlessly flows into Illumine, automatically tracking conversions and recording leads generated from Facebook Ads.

To access this feature, navigate to the 'Enquiries' module and discover the new 'Facebook Integration' option.

Once you authorize the Facebook connection and choose relevant forms, Illumine will automatically import all leads data. You can manage follow-ups and tasks for these leads just as you would with other enquiries.

Automated Facebook integration means you no longer have to paste any enquiries name, phone or email or track the follow ups separately. See configuration below

With this, you will see new leads generated from Facebook Ads automatically ported into Illumine, with corresponding ad campaign data.

Illumine facilitates a streamlined process from ad click to lead to admissions:

Lead Ads are automatically imported into Illumine with comprehensive campaign data.

Nurture your enquiries by creating follow-ups and tasks for Facebook leads, similar to other channels.

Connect admissions with Illumine to assess the effectiveness of Facebook as a channel.

Access : Available to all customers with Enquiries Add-on access.

Use Lead Automation to set up rules

Lead automation lets you define rules to perform criteria based actions on enquiries. You can access it from ‘Enquiries’ -> ‘Leads automation’.

An automation rule will use criteria to filter matching enquiries to apply action to. The criteria are available as ‘Field Dependency’ in the ‘Create Automation’ pop up of ‘Leads Automation’ feature.

To get started, think about the tasks you perform frequently in your Enquiries management and write down the steps you take. Then create a rule to have these actions performed automatically for you.

For e.g.

Create a rule to automatically update an enquiry status to ‘Interested’ if the source of lead is ‘Website’. In other words, if a prospect has visited our website, they must be interested in getting to know more about admissions.

You can use your own expertise about your business to choose specific data points and actions that make sense for you.

Introducing Portfolio Learning Journals! 💫

Capture each child's wonderful learning moments with our special Learning Journals! These journals are like personalized storybooks that teaching staff can create for each child to share with parents at the end of the year.

Each Learning Journal is like a little piece of art, made just for their child. It's a simple and lovely way to keep track of all the fun and important things each child creates and experiences at school throughout the year, such as:

  • Artwork created by the child

  • Observations made by the teaching staff

  • Pictures of a child engaged in an activity

  • Comments from educators

  • Milestones or other achievements of a child

  • Any other items that an educator considers integral to an individual child's learning journey

These journals are completely customizable and can be branded with school design elements as well as incorporate other design elements. An example below -

Milestone Report

Milestone reports include observations, assessments and developmental milestones, aiming to provide a holistic understanding of the child's capabilities and areas for further support or encouragement.

These reports play a crucial role in keeping educators well informed, providing an opportunity to identify areas of improvement and plan activities more effectively with AI-assisted analysis.

Save time using Auto fill observations feature in your Assessments

Save time during assessments with the new autofill observation feature. All existing observation records will be immediately ported with relevant milestones.

Milestones will be automatically checked based on each observation, saving you time and effort to go through each observation individually.

Progress Reports / Report Cards

Create progress reports for each child in a snap by incorporating assessments from multiple terms with a single click! Share these important documents easily with parents and other important people in a child's life.

At the end of each term, educators can put together Progress Reports for parents to understand how their child is growing and learning. These reports cover the areas of development associated with the curriculum frameworks.

Issue Debit Notes

You can now issue debit notes against invoices until payments are collected. Streamline financial processes with this essential feature.

Customize structure of Lessons to include additional fields

Completely customize Lessons based on your school’s unique requirements now. Add new fields by going to ‘Settings-> Forms -> Lesson Additional Fields’ to capture required information for each lesson.

💡 Pro Tip : Include information such as ‘Resources required’ , ‘Class preparation’ with each lesson plan.
