Childcares can now choose to capture feedback for each Development area, Sub development area. This enhancement allows educators to provide more detailed and specific feedback, enhancing the overall assessment process.

Use this setting on ‘PDF settings’ page to enable Feedback input across all Assessment Records.

Observations are now exclusively displayed under the Primary Development Area (more on this in the next section) in Learning Journals. This change helps organise observations better and avoid duplication in Learning Journals.

In order to disable this feature, please use this setting available in ‘PDF settings’ page

Each Observation can have multiple development areas tagged to it, but not all development areas carry equal weight. With this new feature, Teachers can designate one development area as Primary and ensure that the Observation details are tagged to Primary dev area within the Learning Journal.

You can mark a development area as ‘Primary’ for each Observation while generating Learning journal as shown below

We’re excited to announce that Illumine now supports Dutch in both its web portal and mobile app. This update makes our software more accessible to Dutch-speaking users, enhancing the experience for educators, parents, and children in Dutch-speaking regions.

We’ve integrated 2C2P, a payment gateway widely used in Southeast Asia and Japan. This addition allows childcares in these regions to process payments more efficiently, accommodating a broader range of payment methods.

Users can now send announcement copy to their staff in their Illumine app as well as email by simply selecting this option in UI to send a copy

Educators can now override the recorded attendance time with the current time. This feature allows for more accurate tracking and flexibility in managing attendance records.

We have enabled a Setting option to allow flexibility in using this feature. Navigate to Settings > Attendance to access this feature

Users can now delete multiple invoices at once with a single click. This feature simplifies invoice management, saving time and reducing administrative workload.

Begin by selecting multiple invoices, and selecting the action ‘Delete Invoice’ from the Actions dropdown as shown in the image below.

Introducing a new action on Invoices page that allows you to select multiple invoices and download all receipts and invoice PDF files in bulk. This enhancement will save you time and simplify your financial management processes.

You can now select and download multiple photos from Students Gallery in a zip folder instantly.

This report has been added to Program dashboard to provide an analysis of weekly occupancy rates across various programs over multiple months. It offers insights into occupancy variations, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize program management and resource allocation. Please find attached a screenshot below

The above report provides a comparison view of occupancy during the first week over 5 months starting from July in various programs.
