Managing Roles & Permissions in illumine
You can assign roles and manage permissions for staff directly from the Illumine web platform. This allows you to control what each staff member can access and manage within the system.
Using Roles & Permissions, you can regulate access to different modules such as Center Management, Messages, Calendar, Lessons, Leaves, and more.
How to Add a New Role
Go to Settings.
Open Access Control.
Next to the role selection dropdown, click the β+β button.
Enter the name of the new role you would like to create (for example: Helper, Assistant Teacher, Supervisor).
Click Save.
The new role will now be available in the role list.
How to Assign Permissions to a Role
Go to Settings β Access Control.
Select the role you want to manage (for example: Helper).
Choose the modules for which you want to control access, such as:
Center Management
Messages
Calendar
Lessons
Leaves
Billing
And other available modules
Enable or disable permissions as required.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Once configured, you can assign this role to staff members, and they will only have access to the features permitted for that role.
This ensures better control, improved security, and clear responsibility management within your center.
