When teachers want to generate an assessment report, learning journal or progress report for the kids and share it with parents, they’ll have to set up the format for the PDF by choosing the templates given under PDF settings.

  • Navigate to Student Assessment on the left panel and click on Assessment Builder from the drop down

  • Go to PDF settings > choose PDF theme by selecting a template

  • Set the formatting styles to suit your center’s brand guidelines

Additional PDF settings

  1. Now Capture feedback for each Sub Development area along with Development areas Childcares can now choose to capture feedback for each Development area, Sub development area. This enhancement allows educators to provide more detailed and specific feedback, enhancing the overall assessment process. Use this setting on ‘PDF settings’ page to enable Feedback input across all Assessment Records.

  2. Ensure Observations are shown only under Primary Development Area in Learning Journals Observations are now exclusively displayed under the Primary Development Area in Learning Journals. This change helps organise observations better and avoid duplication in Learning Journals. In order to disable this feature, please use this setting available in ‘PDF settings’ page

There are additional PDF settings that enable you to do the following:

  1. Remove unachieved milestones

  2. Enable Page splitting by Development Area

  3. Enable Page splitting in Learning Journey
