Rooms Management

The Rooms feature in Center Management helps you organize and manage classrooms effectively. With this feature, you can:

  • Assign students and staff to specific rooms.

  • Set minimum and maximum student capacity for each classroom.

  • Organize classrooms by age groups to ensure appropriate space allocation.

Adding a New Room

To add a new classroom:

  1. Navigate to Center Management > Rooms.

  2. Click on Add Room.

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Room Name

    • Capacity (maximum number of students allowed)

    • Minimum Age (youngest student allowed)

    • Maximum Age (oldest student allowed)

  4. Click Submit to save and create the classroom.

Groups Management

The Groups feature allows you to organize students into specific groups within your center.

Adding a Group

  1. Navigate to Center Management > Groups.

  2. Click on Add Group.

  3. Enter a Group Name.

  4. Click Submit to create the group.

Assigning Students to a Group

  1. Click on the Group Name in the dashboard.

  2. Add students to the group by:

    • Searching for Individual Students and selecting them.

    • Selecting All Students to add an entire batch at once.

  3. Click Submit to finalize group assignments.

Labels Management

Labels help organize various daycare functions, including program management, lesson planning, billing, attendance tracking, and more. They can be customized with names, colors, categories, and priorities to ensure efficient tracking of key tasks.

Adding Labels to Activities

  1. Select an activity from the Activity Dropdown (e.g., Fee Plans, Lessons, Tour Management).

  2. Click on Add Label in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter a Label Name.

  4. Click Save. The label will be applied to the activity for better organization and quick access.

Email Templates Management

The Templates section allows admins and staff to create reusable email templates for streamlined communication with parents and stakeholders.

Creating a New Email Template

  1. Navigate to Center Management > Email Templates.

  2. Click on Add Template in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Template Name

    • Email Address (for replies)

    • Subject Line

    • Label (for categorization)

    • Type (e.g., notification, reminder)

    • Body Content (main email message)

  4. Click Save to store the template.
