Schools can now send Announcement activities via SMS, ensuring critical updates reach parents quickly—even when they’re not actively using the app.
Monthly SMS usage limits
Set a monthly SMS limit per school
Admins can define a custom monthly SMS limit for their school to control usage and manage costs.
Limit notifications
When your school reaches the monthly SMS limit, the system will notify you so you’re aware and can plan next steps.

SMS credit handling for longer messages
Message-length–based deductions
For longer SMS messages, credits are deducted based on the length of the message to account for additional content sent.
