Tasks are actions that need to be completed for an inquiry/enquiry, such as:
Calling a parent
Scheduling a tour
Sending follow-up information
They help ensure that no inquiry/enquiry is missed and all leads are handled efficiently.
➕ How to Create a Task from an Inquiry/Enquiry Profile
Open any Inquiry/enquiry
Click on Create Task
📝 Add Task Details
While creating a task, you can:
Assign the task
To yourself
Or to another staff member
Set a due date
Helps ensure the task is completed on time
⚙️ Configure Task Information
Select the task type
Example: Task or Follow-up
Add a description
Example: Call parent to schedule a visit
Click Save to create the task.
🔔 Task Notifications
Once a task is created, the assigned staff member will receive a notification
This ensures the task is not missed

You can also manage tasks from the Tasks section.

Shows all tasks across the team

Once the task is completed:
Click Mark as Done
This updates the status and confirms completion.
