We’ve introduced several improvements across student management, attendance, forms, and billing to give administrators better visibility and control.

Student lists now include a dedicated status date column for Signed Up, Graduated, Inactive, and Withdrawn students.

Sort by Newest → Oldest or Oldest → Newest to quickly find recent status changes.

Students with Signed Up status can now be added to Groups before they become active.

We’ve also added a Status filter to the student selection popup, making it easier to find and select the right students.

Attendance time override permissions are now independently configurable for Students and Staff, giving administrators more granular control over who can override selected attendance times with the current time.

The Generated Invoices table under Student Profile → Billing now displays the Billing Period, making it easier to identify the service period associated with each invoice.

We’ve refreshed Student, Parent, and Teacher Logs for a clearer and more consistent experience when reviewing activity history.

Student Information Sheets now include allergy details, giving staff easier access to important student information.

✉️ Smarter Reply-To for Form Emails

When sharing a form, the Reply-To email now uses the tagged staff member’s email when available. If no staff member is tagged, it automatically falls back to the school administrator.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Gender-Neutral Relationship Field Support

For gender-neutral schools, the “Relationship with the child” field in Student Forms can now be synchronized correctly.

📑 Improved Form Cloning

When cloning a form from one audience to another, you can now quickly review and update retained field mappings, making it easier to reuse forms while ensuring the new version is mapped correctly.

🌎 Expanded Translation Coverage

We’ve improved language translation coverage throughout the UI, including previously missed labels such as Announcement and Years / Months in the Age column.

This creates a more consistent experience for schools using illumine in languages other than English.
