Illumine makes onboarding parents to the app highly simplified for you. All you’ve got to do is add their basic contact details like email id and phone number and send them an invite through Illumine.
Steps to invite parents to Illumine
Go to management and then to students
Next, click on the Check box (before the student name as highlighted in the image below)
Next, select the students whose parents you’d want to send the invite to and then click on Action Button
Next, click the send invite button.
The invite will be successfully sent to parents with their login credentials
You can go to the installation report option on the menu to find out which parent has installed the app and which parent hasn’t yet.
