We're thrilled to roll out our latest updates, packed with powerful enhancements, fresh designs, and AI-driven improvements to make your childcare management experience smoother than ever! 🎉

🆔 ID Cards for New Students

Now, generate ID cards effortlessly for both active and signed-up students—ensuring you can distribute them in advance, even before they officially join!

📖 Learning Journal Upgrades

  • Experience a more intuitive workflow with the new Learning Journey UI.

  • Learning Journal PDF -

    • Personalize PDFs by adding a custom cover page and last page in a new template.

    • Choose where to display staff comments—at the beginning or end of the PDF.

📓 Observations

  • We have introduced advanced filters to sort Observation records by developmental area or staff-only observatios.

  • Filter Observation Reports entries for observation, reflection, or concern for better insights as shown below.

📢 Staff Announcements to Multiple Rooms

Communication just got more efficient! Now, send announcements to specific rooms—whether it's a single room or multiple—ensuring teachers get the right updates while saving time on alerts.

Attendance Enhancements

We’re making attendance tracking smoother and more secure!

  • Added an address field for authorized pickups to ensure accurate records.

  • Users can now update or delete attendance entries effortlessly for better flexibility.

  • Enable digital signatures for staff for a more secure check-in process.

  • Teachers will now have to provide Kiosk Pin to enter or exit the Kiosk Code Scanner, adding an extra layer of protection for teachers.

This pin can be configured on the Settings -> Attendance page.

🤖 AI-Powered Enhancements

  • Users can now leverage AI features such as language translations & real time suggestions while posting activities.

  • We have also enabled 'Revert' option within Comments to allow users to revert back to original text if they'd like to.

📥 Enquiries

  • Capture data when the Enquiry was created using the "Created On" field for better tracking.

💳 Online Payments

We’ve revamped the UI for Payment Gateway integration, making setup smoother and more intuitive. Along with this update, we’ve enhanced the CC Avenue setup.

Users can now also choose to configure commissions for Stripe payments.

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Payment Account section to get started.

🏫 Multi-Center Organization Upgrades

We’re actively working to make daily operations smoother, more efficient, and secure for larger organizations—ensuring no data loss along the way. As part of the same effort, we have enabled following operations across centers

  1. Easily transfer students in bulk between centres

  2. Seamlessly copy admission numbers when moving students across branches.

🎨 Revamped Design

  • Lesson & Weekly Plan PDFs now look better than ever!

  • Revamped Comments UI across activities, lessons, notes, concerns, leaves, observations, events, and invoices for a seamless experience.

🏷️ Rename Rooms

  • Staff can now rename Rooms effortlessly, as needed.

📊 New Reports Added

📌 Introduced new reports for

  • Student & staff form submissions - download all form submission data

  • Daily Collection Summary – track daily collections, opening/closing balances, and payments.

  • New Joiner Breakdown by Month – monitor student enrollments per month.

📌 We have added 'Lost Lead Reason' column within Enquiry Report (known as Lead Report) for better insights.

💰 Invoice Management Enhancements

  • Users can now set Invoice Due Date up to 365 days from creation for flexible billing.

  • We have restricted users from editing paid invoices that have 100% discount applied.

  • Users can now filter invoices by Cancelled Status & Student Status on the Invoices page.

  • Cancelled invoices now seamlessly get synced with accounting software such as QuickBooks & Xero.

🏫 School Info Enhancements

  • Users can now configure Country & Timezone for each center within School Profile page. Navigate to Settings > School Profile to update.

🔗 API Update

We have provided JSON format support for following reports API:

✅ Student reports

✅ Student status reports

✅ Transfer campus list reports

✅ Withdrawal form reports

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Improved activity posting flow to guarantee speed and reduce failure.s

  • Resolved issues in syncing form submission data with Student profile information ( as well as Enquiries)

  • Added check to ensure separate details are entered for parents while onboarding students

  • Teacher profile images now show correctly in messages.

  • Fixed issues in sending attachment in Enquiry automation emails.

  • Added logic to ensure Invoice due date is set correctly and applied 'X' days after the Invoice generation date, as mentioned in Billing plan config.

  • Fixed issue with viewing photos if the Arabic language was enabled for a User Profile.

  • Assessment dashboard now retains filters across pages.

  • Holidays now reflect correctly in reports & attendance forecasts.

  • Certificate generation now has consistent fonts & styling.

  • Fixed images background within system if uploaded in PNG.

  • Fixed page redirect issue on Data Onboarding page.

  • Fixed sub-dev feedback being split across multiple page, empty page in Assessment PDFs.

  • Fixed incorrect notification 'Branch doesnt exist' while switching branches in UI.

  • Fixed issue in Country code while saving phone number for new enquiry via Tour management .

  • System now retains Enquiry page filters after page redirection for a smoother workflow.

  • 'Safari' Browser Compatibility - We are now supporting a Download PDF option to ensure users are able todownload files across all browsers.

  • System now displays correct unread messages count

  • Invoice & fee plan line item search now gives more accurate results.

  • Student Check-in/check-out notifications have been updated for better accuracy.

📱 Mobile App Enhancements

  • Updated icons & fonts for a fresh mobile experience.

  • Smarter Workflows – actions like form processing & invoice cancellations are now intelligently managed for approval.

  • Revamped UI for Observation Records.

  • Intercom Support – Users can now easily connect with illumine support from within the app.

Parent-Specific Enhancements

  • Fixed issue with Yes/No input Field type within iOS app for Parents

  • Parent Payment Profile – parents can now add bank accounts directly in the app.
