The Staff Attendance section allows you to record and monitor staff check-ins, check-outs, and absences for each day. From a single dashboard, you can quickly update attendance, view staff availability, and ensure smooth daily operations.
This helps your center maintain accurate staff records and stay organized throughout the day.
Access Staff Attendance
From the left-hand menu, go to Attendance & Leaves
Click Staff Attendance
You’ll land on the staff attendance dashboard for the selected date.
Understand the Dashboard
At the top of the page, you’ll see a quick summary:
All Staffs – Total staff for the selected filters
Pending – Staff whose attendance hasn’t been marked yet
Check In – Staff currently checked in
Check Out – Staff who have checked out
Absent – Staff marked absent
This overview helps you quickly understand attendance status for the day.
Filter the Attendance View
Use the filters at the top to view specific staff:
Date – Select the day
Rooms – Filter by classroom
Roles – Filter by staff role
This makes it easy to manage attendance for specific teams or classrooms.
Mark Staff Attendance
You can update attendance directly from the list.
Check In Staff
Locate the staff member
Click Check In next to their name
The check-in time will be recorded automatically.
Check Out Staff
Click Check Out next to the staff member’s name
The system will record their check-out time
Mark Staff Absent
Select the staff member
Click Mark Absent
This ensures accurate daily records.
Mark Attendance in Bulk
To update multiple staff members at once:
Select staff using the checkboxes
Click one of the options:
Check In
Check Out
Mark Absent
This is helpful during busy start-of-day or end-of-day times.
Daily and Monthly View
You can switch between:
Daily view – For marking attendance on a specific day
Monthly view – To review attendance records over time
Search for Staff
Use the search bar to quickly find a staff member and update their attendance without scrolling through the full list.
