Here's how you can do it -
Go to Parent Communication > Activities > Click on Post Activity and choose the activity that you would like to post and click on "Schedule for later" as shown below
Choose the Date and Time you want this post to be sent out to parents.
You will see all the upcoming scheduled activities under the Scheduled tab.
If you wish to send out the post NOW even before the scheduled date and time, just click on 3 dots and choose "Post Now"
