We’ve introduced new attendance and pickup/drop-off enhancements to make daily operations faster for staff and more transparent for families. These updates reduce repetitive actions while improving accountability around child handovers.

Mark attendance in one go
Staff can now take attendance for multiple children from the same family at the same time.

Less repetition, faster check-ins
This reduces repetitive actions when siblings arrive or leave together, making busy drop-off and pickup times more efficient.

Record who handled each handover
A new pickup and drop-off tracking capability allows staff to record exactly who dropped off or picked up each child.

Improved accountability
Each handover is logged with clear attribution, providing transparency for staff and families.

Stronger safety records
This creates a reliable audit trail for child handovers, supporting safety protocols and compliance.

Smarter pending attendance list
Children now appear in Pending Attendance for today only if they have an active program enrollment scheduled for today.

No clutter from non-scheduled students
If a child is not expected to attend on a given day based on their program, they will not appear in the pending list.

Manual override still available
Teachers can still navigate to All Students, find a child, and mark attendance manually if needed.
