Store and Share Important Documents

The Resource Center allows your center to upload, organize, and share important documents with parents in one place. This can include handbooks, policies, menus, circulars, worksheets, or any other files you want families access easily.

You can create folders, upload documents, and keep everything neatly organized for quick reference.

How to access the Resource Center

  1. From the left menu, go to Parent Communication

  2. Click on Resource Center

Here, you can upload documents or create folders to organize them.

Add a new document

  1. Click Add Document

  2. In the upload window, choose the type:

    • Document – Upload a file from your device

    • Website URL – Add a link to an external resource

  3. Drag and drop the file into the upload box or click Select from device

  4. Once uploaded, click Submit

The document will now be available in the Resource Center for easy access.

Create folders to organize files

To keep documents structured:

  1. Click Add Folder

  2. Enter a folder name (for example: Policies, Menus, Worksheets, Circulars)

  3. Save the folder

  4. Upload documents inside the folder for better organization

Using folders helps staff and parents quickly find what they need.

What you can share with parents

You can upload:

  • School handbook

  • Fee policies

  • Weekly/monthly menus

  • Event circulars

  • Holiday lists

  • Worksheets

  • Consent forms

  • Any important downloadable document

Parents will be able to open and view these directly from their app.

Tips for best use

  • Create folders for each category (Policies, Academic, Events, etc.)

  • Keep file names clear and easy to understand

  • Upload updated versions when needed

  • Remove outdated files to avoid confusion

The Resource Center ensures parents always have access to important information without needing to request files separately, making communication smoother and more organized.
