Where to Find This Feature

Go to Forms > All Forms > Create Form
Select Create Fillable PDF Form

You can choose your audience either Student, Staff and Inquiry.

Choose How to Create Your Form

After selecting Create Form, choose how you would like your form to be created:

Start from Scratch – Create a new form manually.
Create Fillable PDF – Convert an existing PDF into a fillable form.
AI Form Creator – Use AI to help generate a form based on your requirements.

You can also choose from a selection of pre-filled templates to quickly create a form that meets your needs.

How to Create a Fillable PDF Form

Step 1: Upload Your PDF

Click Create Fillable PDF Form.
Upload your existing PDF document.
You can either drag and drop the file or browse your files.
