  • Click Publish when your form is ready to go live.

Creating a Fillable PDF Form

You can convert an existing paper form into a digital form.

Creating Forms Using AI Form Creator

The AI Form Creator helps you build forms quickly.

Option 1: Generate with AI Prompt

Describe your form in simple words, and AI will generate it automatically.

Example:
“Create a student admission form with parent details and emergency contact.”

Option 2: Upload an Image

Upload an image of your form, and AI will convert it into a digital version.

You can edit the generated form before publishing.
