- Enquiry Forms: No, Enquiry Forms are meant for registration purposes only. 
- Student Forms: Yes, use the additional field type to create checklist items. Parents can complete and submit them. 
- Staff Forms: Yes, use the additional field type to create checklist items. Staff can complete and submit them. 
3. Can Forms submission data be automatically updated in Student or Staff Profiles?
- Enquiry Forms: Yes, limited fields like "Child Information," "Mother Details," and "Father Details" sync when a lead is converted. 
- Student Forms: Yes, similar syncing happens when the form is approved. You can add custom fields in Settings > Forms > Student, Parent, and Teacher Profile Fields > Add Item. 
- Staff Forms: Yes, if fields match existing staff profile fields. Custom fields can be added under the same path. 
4. Can I ask staff to review Form submissions made by parents?
- Enquiry Forms: Yes, staff can review and edit submissions. Note: multiple submissions create multiple leads, which must be manually managed. 
- Student Forms: Yes. Staff can approve, reject, or edit submissions with appropriate permissions (Settings > Access Control > Forms).

5. How can I share a form with an enquiring parent?
- Enquiry Forms: - Direct Link: Go to Inquiries > Enquiry Forms > Copy Link 
- QR Code: View QR Code > Download and print 
- Website Embed: Copy the iFrame and give it to your developer to embed on the website 
 
6. Can I add my school brand logo in a Form?
- All Form Types: The logo is pulled from the system. To change it: 
 Go to Settings > School Details > Change Logo.
 (This updates the logo across all forms.)
7. Can I customize font colors in Forms?
- All Form Types: Yes, customization is available in Step 3 while creating a form. 
8. Can I provide instructions to fill the form within each Form?
- All Form Types: Yes, you can use the "Instruction" field type to add guidance text. 
9. What are some common ways to use Forms within childcare to ease daily operations?
- Enquiry Forms: For collecting new registrations and details from prospective parents. 
- Student Forms: Use for Trip Consent, Parent Feedback, etc. 
- Staff Forms: Use for Trip Suggestions, Staff Checklists, Feedback, etc. 
10. Can I collect payments with Forms?
- Enquiry Forms: Yes. - Enable Payments: Settings > Other Settings > Allow payment in forms 
- Set Up in Form: Enable "Fee" in Step 1, set amount and choose payment method (Online/Offline/Both) 
 
11. Where can I view invoices for payments collected with Forms?
- Enquiry Forms: 
 - Go to Leads > Select Lead > Invoices tab 
- Note: These invoices won't appear in Billing & Accounting > Invoice (only for active students). 
 
 
12. Can I send parents reminders to fill forms?
- All Form Types: Yes, you can click on 3 dots against the share form and click on “Send Reminder Email”. 
13. How can I ask them to resubmit information?
- Enquiry Forms: Parents can resubmit the form multiple times via the open link, QR, or website. 
- Student Forms: Parents can resubmit via Connect > Forms. If already approved, the school must re-share the form for a new submission. 
- Staff Forms: Staff can resubmit via Connect > Staff > Forms. If already approved, the form must be re-shared for resubmission. 
 
14. Can I download form submission data?
- Enquiry Forms: Download is not supported. 
- Student Forms: - Go to Forms > Student Forms > Submissions= 
- Download individually (3-dot menu > Download Excel) or in bulk (Top-right 3-dot menu > Download Excel) 
 
- Staff Forms: - Go to Forms > Staff Forms > Submissions 
- Same download options as above
