Managing Authorized Pickups, Allergies & Emergency Contacts in the Illumine Parent App

Parents can easily manage their child’s authorized pickups, allergies, and emergency contact details directly from the Illumine Parent App.


Add Authorized Pickup Details

Authorized pickups can be added from the Parents & Pickup section in the Parent App.

Steps:

  1. Open the Illumine Parent App

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Select Parents & Pickup

4. Click on Add Authorized Pickup

Enter the following details:

  • Name

  • Relationship

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Address

Click Save. The authorized pickup contact will now be added successfully.


Add Allergy Information

Parents can add and manage allergy details from the Health & Safety section.

Steps:

  1. Open the Profile tab

  2. Go to Health & Safety

  3. Select Allergies

  4. Click Add

Enter the following information:

  • Allergy Name

  • Allergy Category

  • Severity

  • Symptoms

  • Emergency Action Plan

  • Additional Notes (optional)

Click Save, The allergy information will now be updated in your child’s profile.


Add Emergency Contact Details

Emergency contacts can also be managed from the Health & Safety section.

Steps:

  1. Open the Profile tab

  2. Under Health & Safety

  3. Select Emergency Contact

  4. Click Add

Enter the following details:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Relationship

  • Email Address

  • Address

Optional:

You can also enable:
āœ… Set as Primary Emergency Contact then, Click Save

The emergency contact will now be added successfully.
