🔐 Email OTP Login Now Live on iOS
Email OTP Login is now available on production for both the Parent App and Staff App on iOS.
What's New?
Users can securely sign in using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered email address.
Provides an additional layer of security during login.
Offers a seamless and secure sign-in experience without relying solely on passwords.
🛡️ Enhanced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Controls on Web
We've added more flexibility for managing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) directly from the web platform.
What's New?
Users can now enable or disable 2FA from their profile settings.
When disabling 2FA, a security disclaimer is displayed to ensure users understand the impact.
Users can choose to disable 2FA for:
8 Hours
1 Day
Indefinitely
Automatic Re-enablement
If 2FA is disabled temporarily (8 hours or 1 day), it will automatically be re-enabled once the selected duration expires, helping maintain account security.
Where to Find It?
Navigate to: Staff Profile → Actions → Disable 2FA
As shown below:
📍 Open the staff profile and click the Actions dropdown in the top-right corner. You will see the Disable 2FA option.
