You can now control which students see a Check-in/Check-out form by enabling it only for selected rooms.
What's New?
A new setting, "Enable form for room(s)", has been added to Check-in/Check-out Forms. This allows administrators to choose the specific rooms where a form should be displayed during the check-in or check-out process.
Previously, once a Check-in/Check-out form was enabled, it was shown to all students across the center. With this enhancement, forms can now be targeted to only the rooms that require them.
How It Works
Select one or more rooms from the Enable form for room(s) dropdown.
Students assigned to those rooms will see the form during check-in/check-out.
Students in other rooms will not be prompted to complete the form.
If no rooms are selected, the form will continue to be available for all rooms, maintaining the existing behavior.
Example Use Cases
Require a health screening form only for Infant and Toddler rooms.
Collect room-specific pickup information for certain age groups.
Enable customized check-in questions for classrooms with unique operational requirements.
Roll out new forms gradually to selected rooms before enabling them center-wide.
Benefits
✅ Better control over who sees each form
✅ Reduced unnecessary form submissions
✅ Room-specific workflows and data collection
✅ More personalized check-in/check-out experiences for families
How to Configure
Navigate to your settings>attendance.
Locate the new Enable form for room(s) field.
Select the room(s) where the form should be displayed.
Save your changes.
The form will now be shown only to students assigned to the selected rooms. If left blank, the form will be available to all rooms by default.
