📸 Improved Gallery Sync for Parent Observations

We've enhanced how photos from Parent Observations are managed in the Gallery to ensure a more seamless experience and better privacy control.

What's New?

  • Photos added through Parent Observations will now be automatically synced to the Gallery.

  • If a Parent Observation is later marked as Staff Only, any associated photos will be automatically removed from the Gallery.

Why This Matters

✅ Keeps the Gallery automatically updated with photos shared by parents
✅ Eliminates the need to manually add or remove observation photos
✅ Ensures Gallery visibility always respects the latest privacy settings
✅ Prevents Staff Only content from being visible in the Gallery

Managing enquiries across multiple centers just got easier!

What's New?

When publishing a single Enquiry Form across multiple centers, you can now assign a different tour booking calendar to each center.

How It Works

  • Use a single enquiry form URL across all your centers.

  • Configure a unique tour booking calendar for each center.

  • When a parent selects a center and books a tour, the enquiry and tour booking will automatically be created in the correct center.
