This feature provides administrators with a centralized view of staff hours based on attendance records, making it easier to review worked hours, identify discrepancies, and prepare payroll with greater accuracy. Instead of manually compiling attendance data from multiple sources, centers can now manage time tracking and payroll-related processes from a single place.
What Can You Do with Time Tracking & Payroll?
With this release, authorized users can:
View and monitor staff worked hours.
Review attendance-based time records.
Track regular hours, overtime, and attendance exceptions.
Prepare payroll using accurate time-tracking data.
Improve visibility into staff attendance and payroll information.
This helps reduce manual calculations and ensures payroll is based on the most up-to-date attendance records.
Permission Updates
To make the rollout seamless, permissions have been automatically assigned based on your existing attendance permissions.
Time Tracking Access
Users with access to Staff Attendance Reports will automatically receive View Access to Time Tracking.
Users with permission to Update Staff Attendance will automatically receive Edit Access to Time Tracking.
Administrative Access
The following permissions have been assigned to the highest management roles (typically Super Admins):
Manage Time Tracking – Allows users to configure and manage Time Tracking settings.
Payroll Access – Provides access to payroll-related workflows and information.
