Complete Credit Note Management
Manage the entire credit note lifecycle directly from illumine.
You can now:
Create credit notes for full or partial amounts against any invoice as shown below. You will also be able to apply credit notes to current or future invoices.
If the Credit Note is unused, you can choose to Refund as Cash ( other offline methods) to Parents. Moreover, you will always be able to track Used, Available, and Refunded balances for every credit note.
Note : Credit Notes are managed independently from Advance Payments, giving greater flexibility while maintaining accurate accounting records.
Childcare Deposit Workflow
Zoho doesn't natively support refundable childcare deposits so illumine now handles this seamlessly.
Schools can record deposits for students through payments made against any line item marked as Refundable. Or directly record deposit against a child's profile.
How to settle or utilize deposit amount?
You can now convert deposits into Credit Notes. And then apply the Credit Note against outstanding invoices
Improved Credit Balance Management
Advance payments continue to sync with Zoho as Excess Payments, with enhanced controls available in illumine.
You can now:
View Used, Available, and Refunded balances against each credit balance entry as shown below. You can also choose to refund unused credit balances.
Moreover, view complete refund history as shown below.
You can also void refund transactions while maintaining accurate balances and reconciliation.
