The new Billing Dashboard is now live, giving administrators a clearer monthly view of their centerâs billing performance. See key information at a glance, including invoicing, payouts, payment health, programs, subsidies, and next-month projections.
Spot Issues Early
The Payments Health section highlights areas that may need attention, including:
Missing payment methods
Students without AutoPay
Failed payments
Upcoming subsidy renewals
Each metric lets you see the exact students behind the number, so you can quickly identify what needs attention and take action.
You can also review different billing periods and drag and rearrange dashboard sections to organize the dashboard around the way your team works.

More Flexible Billing Periods
Monthly tuition plans can now bill for a period up to three months before or three months after the invoice date.
Can I edit billing period for an existing Tuition Plan?
Yes you can change the billing period of an existing tuition plan when the plan is paused and has no actively enrolled students. If the plan doesnât meet these conditions, the billing period will remain locked, with an information icon explaining why.
To help prevent unintended billing changes, updates to a planâs frequency, invoice date, or billing period will now require confirmation before saving.
Update Tuition Plan Settings Across Your School
Instead of updating tuition plans one at a time, use the new Update Tuition Plans action under Settings â Billing to apply key settings across all tuition plans at once.
You can centrally configure:
Auto-settle invoices using available credit
Automatically email invoices to parents
Prorate the first invoice based on the studentâs start date
Prorate the last invoice based on the studentâs end date
Generate an invoice immediately when a student is added after the invoice date
These selections also become the defaults for new tuition plans, helping keep billing configuration consistent as new plans are created.
Switch Billing On or Off Across the School
You can now temporarily stop invoice generation across the entire school from Settings â Billing â Switch On / Off Billing.
When billing is switched off, invoices will stop being generated across all programs. If an invoice date passes while billing is off, that invoice will not be generated later when billing is switched back on.
To keep everyone informed and maintain control:
Youâll see a confirmation before switching billing off
A complete history records who switched billing on or off and when
Clear notices appear across Programs, Invoices, Fee Plans, and tuition plans while billing is off
Together, these updates make it easier to monitor billing health, configure tuition plans at scale, and stay in control of invoice generation across your school.
