We're making it easier for parents with multiple children enrolled in the same school to manage their billing.
With the upcoming Family Billing experience and redesigned My Payment Profile screen, parents will be able to view outstanding amounts across siblings, manage payment methods, and access billing information for each childâall in one place.
What's Coming
View & Pay Outstanding Amounts Across Siblings
Parents will be able to see the total pending amount across all their children directly from their Payment Profile.
Instead of checking each child's outstanding bills separately, parents can:
See the combined pending amount for all siblings.
Tap Pay Now to make a payment.
Select View All Bills to review outstanding bills.
Access Billing Information for Each Child
The new My Children section will list all children linked to the parent's payment profile.
Parents can select an individual child to access their billing information, making it easier to manage payments when multiple siblings attend the same school.
A Clearer Payment Summary
Parents can easily access a payment summary as before
Credit Balance â View available credit.
Deposit Summary â Check deposit information.
Tax Statement â Access tax-related billing reports.
View Split Ratio â See how billing is shared between parents or payers.
