Steps to Enable Payments
Navigate to 'Enquiries' -> 'Enquiry Forms' page. Click on 'Create Form' to begin creating a new form.
Begin by adding all the details to set up a new form.
You'll able to view an option to 'Enable fee' . Toggle the switch to set up fee component.
Click 'Add Fee' and add fee components for the desired payments, similar to how you configure Fee Plans. This allows system to generate invoice per payment with accurate Fee Components, ensuring accurate tracking.
Select Payment Method as
'Online' - to allow online payments only
'Offline' - to accept payments offline later
'Both' - to provide both options to parents.
Configure rest of the details, as you would in an Enquiry form.
Share with parents or embed the form on your website to start accepting submissions.
Are there any prerequisites to configure Payments within forms?
Yes, you need to have an Online Payment Gateway configured within your account to accept online payments.
How can I monitor payments made against an Enquiry Form?
Every time a new submission is made via the Enquiry Form, a new Enquiry is created in the system. And you will be able to view all Invoices and Payment Status under the 'Invoices' tab of each Enquiry, as shown.
