The Daily Reports feature enables teachers to effortlessly share daily updates of checked-in students with parents, including crucial information like check-in and check-out times, meal details, nap schedules, incidents, and other activities. Teachers can easily customize the report to include specific activities and updates about the child’s day, ensuring parents stay informed and connected to their child's daily routine in real time.
Click on Parent Communication from the main dashboard
Navigate to Daily Reports in the menu
In the All Rooms tab, select the room for which you want to create the daily report
Choose the date for which you are preparing the report
Click on the Configure Column to add activities
Select the activities you want to include in the daily report, such as check-in, meals, naps, or incidents
Click on Submit to save the activities
Once the activities are added, click on Send Report to share it with parents
Enabling Auto-Send of Daily Activity Reports Post Student Check-Out
You can configure illumine to automatically send daily activity reports to parents as soon as a student is marked as checked out. Follow the steps below to enable this feature:
Navigate to the Settings menu
From the dropdown options, select Attendance
Under the Attendance Access Control section, find the Students category
Enable Auto-Send: Toggle on the option Auto-send daily activity report post student check-out
