We’re introducing Audit Logs, a new feature designed to improve transparency, accountability, and traceability across the platform. Audit Logs provide a detailed history of key actions performed in the system, allowing teams to track who did what, when, and where across critical modules.

What’s New

Comprehensive activity tracking

Audit Logs capture all significant operations across the primary modules of the platform, providing administrators with full visibility into system changes.

Modules covered

Student Profile Logs
View logs for all actions related to student profiles, including creation, updates, and deletions.

Staff Profile Logs
Track changes made to staff profiles, including edits and removals.

Program Logs
Monitor all create, update, and delete actions performed on programs.

Billing Logs
View detailed logs for billing-related actions, including:

  • Tuition fees

  • Credit balances

  • Invoices

  • Debit notes

  • Payments

  • Refunds

Tuition Plan Logs
Track all changes made to tuition plans for complete visibility into pricing and configuration updates.

Access & Permissions

Permission-based visibility

Access to Audit Logs follows existing permission rules—no additional role setup required.

  • Users with Student Profile view access can see Student Profile logs

  • Users with Staff view access can see Staff-related logs

  • Users with Billing view access can view logs for invoices, payments, refunds, and related billing data

  • Users with Program access can view program-related logs

  • Users with Tuition Plan view access can see tuition plan change logs

This ensures users only see audit data relevant to their responsibilities.
