We’ve rolled out important improvements to strengthen payment reliability, reduce chargeback risk, and enhance financial reporting visibility for schools.

What’s New

Payment Method Auto-Blocking

Automatic protection after repeated disputes
If a payment method reaches 5 chargebacks or disputes, it will now be automatically blocked.

Cross-account enforcement
If the same payment method is used across multiple child accounts, it will be disabled for all linked children.

This helps prevent repeated chargeback cycles and protects schools from further losses.

Consolidated Auto-Pay Transactions

Single transaction for multiple bills
Previously, Auto Pay attempted separate transactions for each due invoice.

Now, Auto Pay creates one consolidated transaction covering all due bills.

Reduced chargeback risk
By minimizing multiple transaction attempts, this significantly lowers the risk of exponential chargebacks and improves overall payment success rates.

Payout Report Enhancement

Improved traceability
An ID column has been added to the Payout Report to support clearer reconciliation and transaction tracking.

Mobile Update: Shared Parent Payment Details

Payment method synced across students
Parent payment details will now automatically apply to all student profiles linked to that parent.

Automatic updates across profiles
If a parent updates their payment method, the change will reflect across all associated student accounts.

This ensures consistency, reduces duplicate entries, and minimizes payment errors across siblings.

Overall Impact

  • Fewer chargebacks

  • Reduced payment failures

  • Cleaner, consolidated transactions

  • Improved reporting and reconciliation visibility

  • Stronger financial safeguards for schools
