Manually Add and Manage an Enquiry

You can manually create a new enquiry or registration directly from the Enquiries dashboard. This is useful when a parent calls, walks in, or shares details offline and you want to record them in the system.

How to Add a New Enquiry

  1. Go to Enquiries from the left panel.

  2. Click + Add Enquiry in the top-right corner.

You will now see the enquiry form where you can enter the required details.

Enter Student Details

Fill in the basic information about the child:

  • Name

  • Gender

  • Status (for example: New, Interested, etc.)

  • Source (walk-in, website, referral, etc.)

  • Date of Birth

  • Program the parent is interested in

This helps you track where the lead came from and what program they are enquiring about.

Add Parent Details

Next, enter the parent or guardian information:

  • Mother details

  • Father details

  • Contact information

These details will be used for future communication and follow-ups.

Save the Enquiry

Once all required details are filled in, click Save.
A new enquiry (lead) will now be created and will appear in your enquiries dashboard.

After an enquiry is created, you can open the profile to manage all communication and follow-ups in one place.

This helps maintain a complete communication history for the lead.

Create and Assign Tasks

You can assign follow-up tasks to staff members to ensure timely action.

Steps:

  1. Click Add Task inside the enquiry

  2. Enter task description (e.g., Call parent, Send brochure)

  3. Set a due date

  4. Assign it to a staff member

  5. Save

The assigned staff member will see this task and can complete it accordingly.

You can upload any documents shared by the parent, such as forms or ID proofs.

Steps:

  1. Click Add Document

  2. Upload the file

  3. Save

All documents will be stored inside the enquiry for easy reference.

Share Additional Forms

If you need more information from the parent, you can share forms directly from the enquiry.

For example:

  • Admission forms

  • Medical forms

  • Additional details forms

Parents can fill and submit these digitally.

About Section

The About section in the enquiry profile displays all important information in one place, including:

  • Student details

  • Parent details

  • Status

  • Source

  • Activity history

  • Tasks and documents

This gives you a complete overview of the enquiry and helps you manage the admission process smoothly.
