The Reports section in Illumine helps you track, monitor, and export important data related to your center’s daily operations. You can generate reports across attendance, billing, admissions, enquiries, staff, forms, and activities — all in one place.
To access reports: Go to Reports → Excel Reports from the left menu.
What Types of Reports Are Available?
Illumine provides reports under multiple categories:
Student Attendance: View check-in/check-out records, absentees, late arrivals, time cards, and attendance summaries.
Student Information: Access student profile data and enrollment-related details.
Billing: Track invoices, payments, outstanding dues, and fee-related transactions.
Staff: Generate reports related to staff attendance and activity.
Enquiries: Monitor enquiry submissions and their status.
Admissions: Track student progress through the admission process.
Form Submissions: View submitted forms and response data.
Activity Reports: Access records of classroom activities and logs.
How to Generate a Report
Select the required report category.
Click on the specific report you want to generate.
Apply the necessary filters, such as date range, lifetime data, classroom, or any other relevant criteria based on the information you need.
Click Generate.
Once generated, the report will appear under Recently Generated Reports for quick access. Click Download to export the report. It will be downloaded in Excel format.
Additional Features
Use the Search bar to quickly find reports.
Mark frequently used reports as Favorites (⭐) for easy access.
Reports can be regenerated with different filters anytime.
This section helps administrators maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and make data-driven decisions efficiently.
