Enhancements to Attendance & Reports | 12th May 2026

Written by Shivee

We’ve introduced several improvements across Attendance and Reports to provide better visibility, clearer reporting, and an improved user experience for attendance tracking and payroll/reference purposes.

New Report: Check-In/Check-Out Form Records

You can now download all parent responses captured during student check-in and check-out forms in a single report.

What’s included:

  • Student-wise records

  • Date-wise responses

  • Check-in/check-out form details

Available Filters:

  • Date

  • Room

  • Status

This makes it easier to track attendance form submissions and maintain compliance records when needed.

“Not Scheduled” Visibility (When Program-Based Attendance is Enabled)

Previously, students who were not scheduled for a program on a specific day were automatically marked as Absent.

With this enhancement:

  • Such students will now appear as Not Scheduled

  • This visibility is available:

    • On the Attendance Dashboard

    • Inside Student Attendance

This helps provide more accurate attendance tracking and prevents confusion between actual absences and unscheduled days.

Improved Check-In & Check-Out Details

The following fields now clearly display who performed the attendance action:

  • Check-In By

  • Check-Out By

This can include:

  • Parent

  • Staff member

These details are now visible across:

  • Daily Attendance

  • Room Movement Reports

  • In/Out Reports

This improvement helps provide better transparency and accountability in attendance tracking.

Daily Time Card Improvements

We’ve improved the readability and organization of the Daily Time Card report.

What’s changed:

  • Removed duplicate Room/Rooms columns

  • Reorganized important student information to appear next to the student’s name:

    • Admission Number

    • Status

    • Branch

    • Center ID

This makes reports cleaner and easier to review.

Student Attendance Summary Report Enhancements

Several updates have been added to improve attendance visibility and report usability.

New Schedule Column

A new Schedule column now shows the days a student is expected to attend:

  • M, T, W, Th, F, Sat, Sun

(Available when Program-Based Attendance is enabled.)

“Not Scheduled” Column Added

A dedicated Not Scheduled value/column has been introduced to clearly indicate days when a student was not expected to attend.

(Available when Program-Based Attendance is enabled.)

Improved Date & Day Placement

Date and Day are now positioned next to the Check-In Time for better readability and quicker review.

Frozen Columns Added

Key student information now remains visible while scrolling through reports, improving usability for large attendance reports.
