The Needs Review section helps administrators identify attendance records that require attention before payroll is processed.
View Records Requiring Review
Open: Attendance → Staff Attendance → Time Tracking
The dashboard displays the number of records that need review.
Select the indicator to view all pending items.
Common Attendance Issues
Incorrect Time Entry
A staff member may accidentally select the wrong time, such as PM instead of AM.
Edit the attendance record and save the correct time.
Long Shift
A long shift alert appears when a staff member has worked longer than expected.
Review the entry.
If the record is correct, select Looks Right.
If the record is incorrect, edit the attendance entry.
Missed Check Out
If a staff member forgets to clock out:
Open the attendance record.
Select the correct checkout time.
Save the record.
The item will be removed from Needs Review.
Best Practices
Review all flagged entries before processing payroll.
Verify unusually long shifts with the staff member if necessary.
Resolve missed check-outs promptly to maintain accurate attendance records.
