Getting Started with Time Tracking & Payroll

The Time Tracking & Payroll module helps you accurately track staff working hours, manage overtime, review attendance records, and calculate payroll from a single place.

Using this module, administrators can:

  • Track staff clock-in and clock-out records

  • Review daily and weekly worked hours

  • Configure overtime rules

  • Resolve attendance issues

  • Assign pay rates

  • Calculate payroll automatically

Who can use this feature?

  • Super Admin

  • Users with Time Tracking permissions

  • Users with Payroll permissions

Before using Time Tracking & Payroll, ensure that:

  • Staff members are marking attendance using Clock In and Clock Out.

  • Staff have been assigned the appropriate roles and permissions.

  • Hourly pay rates have been configured.

  • Overtime settings have been reviewed.

Time Tracking Workflow

Follow these steps to use the module effectively:

  1. Staff clock in and clock out during their workday.

  2. Review attendance records from the Time Tracking page.

  3. Resolve any entries that require attention.

  4. Configure overtime settings if required.

  5. Add hourly and overtime pay rates.

  6. Review payroll calculations before processing payroll.
