Manage Staff Time Tracking

The Time Tracking page provides a complete overview of your staff attendance and working hours.

Navigate to Time Tracking

Go to: Attendance → Staff Attendance → Time Tracking

Here you can monitor:

  • Total time card hours

  • Staff currently clocked in

  • Total employees

  • Time cards requiring review

Filter Attendance Records

Use filters to quickly find attendance records.

Available filters include:

  • Week

  • Month

  • Last 3 Months

  • Custom Date Range

  • Staff

  • Room

You can also switch between weeks to review attendance history.

View Staff Time Cards

Each staff member's attendance record can be expanded to view:

  • Clock In time

  • Clock Out time

  • Breaks

  • Worked duration

  • Room assignments

  • Multiple shifts in a day

Split Attendance by Room

If a staff member worked in multiple rooms during the day, enable Split by Room to view the hours spent in each room separately.

Change Time Format

You can change how time is displayed using the selector at the top of the page.

Available formats:

  • Hours & Minutes

  • Decimal Hours

Time Summary

Open the Time Summary tab to view weekly attendance totals.

The summary displays:

  • Regular Hours

  • Overtime Hours

  • Irregular Hours

  • Total Worked Hours

Overtime hours are highlighted automatically for easier review.
