Once attendance has been reviewed, configure staff pay rates to calculate payroll.
Navigate to Payroll
Go to: Payroll>Configure Pay Rates
For each staff member, enter:
Hourly Rate
Overtime Rate
Click Save Rates to apply the changes.
Review Payroll
Payroll is calculated automatically using:
Approved attendance records
Regular hours
Overtime hours
Hourly rate
Overtime rate
The Payroll page displays:
Regular Hours
Overtime Hours
Hourly Rate
Overtime Rate
Regular Pay
Overtime Pay
Total Pay
Overtime is displayed separately for easy verification.
Before Processing Payroll
Verify that:
All attendance records have been reviewed.
No items remain in Needs Review.
Hourly and overtime rates are configured for every staff member.
Payroll totals are correct.
Once verified, your payroll information is ready for processing or export.
