Configure Payroll & Pay Rates

Once attendance has been reviewed, configure staff pay rates to calculate payroll.

Navigate to Payroll

Go to: Payroll>Configure Pay Rates

For each staff member, enter:

  • Hourly Rate

  • Overtime Rate

Click Save Rates to apply the changes.

Review Payroll

Payroll is calculated automatically using:

  • Approved attendance records

  • Regular hours

  • Overtime hours

  • Hourly rate

  • Overtime rate

The Payroll page displays:

  • Regular Hours

  • Overtime Hours

  • Hourly Rate

  • Overtime Rate

  • Regular Pay

  • Overtime Pay

  • Total Pay

Overtime is displayed separately for easy verification.

Before Processing Payroll

Verify that:

  • All attendance records have been reviewed.

  • No items remain in Needs Review.

  • Hourly and overtime rates are configured for every staff member.

  • Payroll totals are correct.

Once verified, your payroll information is ready for processing or export.
