Managing documents is now easier! You can now download all documents associated with a student or staff member in a single click, eliminating the need to download files individually.
Who can use this feature?
Users with the appropriate permissions to view student or staff documents.
Download All Documents for a Student
Navigate to Center Management → Students.
Open the student's profile.
Go to the Documents tab.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-right corner.
Select Download All Documents.
The system will prepare and download a ZIP file containing all folders and documents associated with the student.
Note: The downloaded ZIP file preserves the folder structure, making it easy to locate documents.
Download All Documents for a Staff Member
Navigate to Center Management → Staff.
Open the staff member's profile.
Go to the Personal Files tab.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu.
Select Download All Documents.
A ZIP file containing all uploaded staff documents will be downloaded.
What gets downloaded?
The ZIP file includes:
All uploaded documents
Documents inside folders and subfolders
Original folder structure for easy navigation
Things to Know
Documents are downloaded as a ZIP file.
Only users with the necessary document permissions can use this feature.
The download includes all available documents for that student or staff member at the time of download.
Large document collections may take a few moments to prepare before the download begins.
