Choose a role for every new center

When assigning a staff member to a new center, you'll now be asked to select their role for that center as part of the assignment flow.

This ensures every center a staff member belongs to has a clearly defined role from the start, instead of defaulting to one carried over from another center.

A warning before you unassign Unassigning a staff member from a center now shows a warning prompt before the change is confirmed.

This helps prevent accidental unassignments and gives admins a chance to double-check before removing a staff member's access to a center.

Confirmation required — this removes the staff profile everywhere Deleting a staff member now requires explicit confirmation, with a clear notice that this action deletes the staff profile from all centers, not just the one you're currently viewing.

This prevents accidental, irreversible deletions for staff who work across multiple centers.

A cleaner, more organized profile The staff profile page has been redesigned for improved clarity and ease of use, making it easier to view and manage staff details, center assignments, and roles in one place.

One kiosk code, every center Staff now use a single kiosk code that works across all the centers they're assigned to, instead of a separate code per center.

This simplifies check-in/check-out at kiosks for staff working across multiple locations.
