These reports allow you to easily access important information from the platform and organize it for further review or record-keeping.
How to Access Excel Reports
From the platform, navigate to Reports.
Select the Excel Reports tab.
Browse through the available report categories.
Select the report you would like to generate.
Report Categories
Reports are organized into different categories to help you quickly find the information you need. Depending on your account and permissions, you may see categories such as:
Favorite Reports – Quickly access reports that you frequently use.
Student Attendance – Reports related to student attendance and absence records.
Student Info – Reports containing student-related information.
Billing – Reports related to billing and financial information.
Staff – Reports containing staff-related information.
Inquiry – Reports related to inquiries and prospective families.
Admissions – Reports related to the admission process.
Form Submission Report – View and track submitted forms.
Activity Report – Access activity-related information.
Note: The reports available to you may vary depending on your account permissions and the features enabled for your school.
Favorite Reports
If you frequently use a particular report, you can add it to your Favorites for easier access.
To add a report to your Favorites:
Locate the report you use regularly.
Click the star icon on the report.
The report will appear under My Favorites for quick access.
This can help save time when you regularly need to generate the same report.
2. Student Attendance Reports
The Student Attendance section includes several reports that help you monitor and review student attendance, check-in/check-out activity, schedules, and absences.
How to Generate a Student Attendance Report
Go to Reports from the left-hand navigation menu.
Select Student Attendance.
Browse the available attendance reports.
Click on the report you would like to generate.
Enter the requested information or select the appropriate filters, such as the date, classroom, or student, depending on the report.
Review the information entered and generate the report.
Available Student Attendance Reports
Depending on your school's setup, you may see reports such as:
Attendance Summary – Provides a complete record of student check-in and check-out times, organized by day and month.
Absentees Report – Lists students who have not checked in for the selected day.
Late Attendance – Shows students who checked in after their scheduled start time.
Daily Time Card – Displays the time each student spends in a room, including check-in and check-out times.
Child Attendance Detail Report – Provides detailed attendance information for each student, including check-in/check-out times and room transitions.
Monthly Attendance – Provides a monthly summary of student attendance and absences.
Weekly Attendance Report – Provides a weekly summary of student attendance for a selected class.
Drop Off and Pickup Sheet – Provides a printable sheet for tracking student drop-off and pickup.
Daily Schedule Report – Provides an overview of student schedules for a classroom.
Check-In/Check-Out Form Records – Allows you to view parent responses captured during student check-in and check-out.
⭐ Add a Report to Favorites
If you frequently use a particular report, you can add it to your Favorite Reports for quick access.
Locate the report you want to save.
Click the star icon ⭐ on the report.
The report will be added to your Favorite Reports section.
You can access your frequently used reports from the Favorite Reports tab.
Tip: Adding frequently used reports to your Favorites makes it easier to access them without searching through all available reports.
