Letβs begin with the basic setup.
1. Use Illumine on the Web
Start by logging in to Illumine from your desktop or laptop. Using Illumine on the web is recommended during the initial setup.

2. Install the Illumine Mobile App
Download the Illumine mobile app to manage daily tasks on the go.
Teachers and parents will also use the mobile app to access their respective accounts.
3. Set Up Your School Profile
From your left-hand menu:
Go to: Settings β School Details (click here)
Add the following information:
School / Center name
Address and contact details
Upload your school logo
Optional:
You may add bank account details to explore billing and payment features. Sample or test data can be used during setup.
4. Set Up Staff Roles and Access Control
Defining staff access levels ensures data security and smooth operation.
Go to: Settings β Access Control System
Hereβs what you can do:
Assign existing roles (e.g., Teacher, Admin, Center Head) to each staff member.
Define module-wise access for each role (e.g., Attendance, Billing, Communication).
Create custom roles with tailored permissions for different responsibilities.
