The Student–Staff Ratio section shows the number of students and staff assigned to each room and calculates the ratio automatically. This helps you quickly understand whether classrooms are adequately staffed and balanced.

You can use this view to monitor supervision levels across all rooms in your center.

Where to find this

Go to: Attendance & Leaves → Student Staff Ratio

What this page shows

The table displays room-wise information with the following columns:

  • Room – Name of the classroom

  • Student – Total number of students assigned to that room

  • Staff – Total number of staff assigned to that room

  • Student per staff – Automatically calculated ratio of students to staff

The ratio is calculated based on how many students and staff are currently mapped to that room.

Example:

  • If a room has 24 students and 6 staff, the ratio will be 4

  • If a room has 8 students and 7 staff, the ratio will show accordingly

  • If no students or staff are assigned, the ratio will appear as – : –

How this helps

This section gives you a quick overview to:

  • Check if rooms are properly staffed

  • Balance staff distribution across classrooms

  • Monitor supervision levels

  • Ensure classrooms are not understaffed

  • Make better staffing decisions

The data updates automatically whenever students or staff are assigned to rooms.

Important note

This is a view-only section.
To change the ratio, you’ll need to assign or update students and staff in their respective rooms. Once updated, the ratio here will refresh automatically.
