Creating an Admission Process

The Admission Process allows you to group multiple forms into structured steps for parents.

How to Create an Admission Process

  1. Go to Forms β†’ Admission Process

  2. Click + New Process

  3. Enter:

    • Process Name

    • Due Date (optional)

    • Status (Live or Draft)

  4. Click Save & Complete

Once created, you can open the process and begin adding steps.

Adding Steps & Tracking Progress in Admission Process

After creating a process, you can organize forms into steps.

Add Process Steps

  1. Open the Admission Process

  2. Click Process Steps

  3. Click Add Step

  4. Enter:

    • Step Name

    • Category

    • Select the form (Application)

  5. Click Save

Repeat to add more steps.

Tracking Student Progress

Once shared with a student:

  • Parents receive structured access to all required forms.

  • Each completed form marks the step as done.

  • You can track progress directly inside the process.

This ensures admissions are organized and easy to monitor.
