How to Track Parent and Staff App Installations

Parent App Installation Report

The Parent App Installation Report helps you track which parents have installed the Illumine Parent App and which have not. This allows you to monitor app adoption and send reminders to parents who have not yet installed the app.

How to Access

Go to: Reports → Parent App Installation Report

What You Can View

At the top of the page, you will see:

  • Installed by Parents – Total number of parents who have installed the app.

  • Not Installed by Parents – Total number of parents who have not installed the app.

Below this summary, you can view:

  • Student name

  • Mother’s installation status

  • Father’s installation status

  • Invite option

You can also use filters such as:

  • Student name search

  • Student status

  • Parent installation status

This helps you quickly identify which parents need follow-up.

Send Individual Invites

If a parent has not installed the app, click the Invite button next to their name to send them an installation invite via email.

Send Bulk Invites

You can send invites to multiple parents at once by:

  1. Selecting the required parents.

  2. Clicking Send Email Invite.

  3. Confirming the action.

This helps improve app adoption quickly and efficiently.

Edit the Invite Email

Before sending invites, you can customize the invite email based on your center’s preferences.

You can modify:

  • Email subject

  • Message content

  • Center-specific instructions

This ensures parents receive clear and personalized communication.

Staff App Installation Report

The Staff App Installation Report allows administrators to monitor which staff members have installed the Illumine Staff App and who still needs to install it.

How to Access

Go to: Reports → Staff App Installation Report

What You Can View

At the top of the page, you will see:

  • Staff with Installation – Total number of staff who have installed the app.

  • Staff without Installation – Total number of staff who have not installed the app.

The report also displays:

  • Staff name

  • Installation status (Installed / Not Installed)

  • Last invited date

  • Current invite status (Open, Dropped, etc.)

  • Invite option

You can also filter by:

  • Installation status

  • Staff status

  • Search by name

Send Individual Invites

Click Invite next to a staff member’s name to send them the installation email.

Send Bulk Invites

To send invites to multiple staff members:

  1. Select the required staff.

  2. Click Send Email Invite.

  3. Confirm to send.

Why These Reports Are Important

These reports help administrators:

  • Improve parent and staff engagement

  • Ensure smooth communication through the app

  • Monitor installation status in real time

  • Follow up efficiently with non-installed users
