Weâve rolled out a set of enhancements to the Inquiries module to improve tracking, streamline workflows, and enable smarter follow-ups. This should help teams manage inquiries more efficiently from first contact to conversion.

Sources with sub-sources
You can now define sub-sources under each source, enabling more granular tracking of where inquiries are coming from. Navigate to Inquiries -> Setup to manage the list.
Better customization controls
Rename stages
Admins can now rename inquiry stages to match their internal workflows.
Consistent color palettes
Color options have been standardized to maintain consistency across the platform.
