We’ve introduced new scheduling and notification improvements to make tour management more flexible, organized, and responsive for admissions teams.

Schools can now create reusable SMS templates and use them across:

  • Marketing automation workflows

This allows teams to communicate faster, maintain consistency, and reach families through additional channels directly from illumine.

Appointment Scheduling Controls

Users can now configure tour appointment scheduling with greater flexibility and control.

Maximum booking window
Set the maximum number of days in advance that parents can schedule an appointment.

Minimum notice period
Define the minimum notice time required before a tour can be booked, helping teams better prepare for visits.

Stay updated on appointment activity

In-app notifications
Receive in-app notifications for:

  • New appointments

  • Calendar updates

Email notifications
Get email alerts whenever calendar events or appointments are edited.

New Appointment Visibility

Quickly identify recent bookings

Users can now view all new appointments booked since their last visit to the Tour page, making it easier to stay up to date on recent activity.


💸 Inquiry Invoice Enhancements

Refund support for inquiry invoices

Schools can now issue refunds for Inquiry Invoices created via Payment in Forms.

New Inquiry Invoice Report

A dedicated Inquiry Invoice Report is now available for invoices generated through Payment in Forms.
