How to Access the Staff App Installation Report
From the platform, navigate to Reports.
Select Staff App Installation Report.
The report will display the staff members associated with your account and their app installation status.
Understanding the Report
The report helps you identify whether each staff member has successfully installed the Staff Application.
Status | Meaning |
App Installed | The staff member has installed the Staff Application on their device. |
Not Installed | The staff member has not yet installed the Staff Application. |
Sending an App Invitation
If a staff member's status shows Not Installed, you can send them an invitation to install the Staff Application.
Locate the staff member with the Not Installed status.
Select the option to Send Invite.
The staff member will receive an invitation with instructions to download and install the Staff Application.
Once the staff member installs the application, their status will update to Installed.
Sending Invitations in Bulk
You can also send invitations to multiple staff members at once.
In the Staff App Installation Report, select the check mark next to each staff member you want to invite.
After selecting the staff members, click Send Email Invite.
The selected staff members will receive an email invitation to install the Staff Application.
Tip: The bulk invite option is especially helpful when onboarding multiple staff members or when several staff members are Not Installed.
Installation Status
Once a staff member successfully installs the application, their status will change from Not Installed to Installed, enabling administrators to easily track staff adoption of the app.
Best Practice
We recommend regularly reviewing the Staff App Installation Report to ensure all staff members have access to the Staff Application. If a staff member has not installed the app, resend the invitation and remind them to install it.
Tip: If a staff member has not received the invitation, verify that their email address or contact information is correct before resending the invitation.
